A Loan Consultant who cares about his profession - I'm continually upgrading my practice by immersing myself in constant learning.  I'm a member of By Referral Only, the CORE, Mortgage Market Guide and Loan Tool Box.  All three organizations teach Loan Officers how to elevate their customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism above the "traditional" loan officer.

I always encourage my customers to ask lenders they are interviewing "what educational resources do you subscribe to on a continual basis and for how long have you been involved?"  This will tell you immediately if you are working with a professional or an amateur.

My practice is centered around tailoring the right solution to your particular financial challenge.  There is no "one size fits all" in this business.  I have relationships with dozens of banks and hundreds of loan programs so I will always have something that works for you.

In my 20 years experience I have worked with customers from all walks of life - from first time homebuyers to millionaires.  All are equally important to me and I have loan programs to fit any need.

Following are groups or organizations I'm actively involved with:

Boy Scouts of America, Troop 19, Nine Mile Falls, WA - my son Klye and I joined this troop in the Fall of 2007 and are better for it.  We camp out under the stars (and often snow!) monthly and on our first outing it was obvious the other boys (11-16 year olds) were extremely experienced campers.

Spokane Mountaineers Search and Rescue team (http://www.smsar.org/) - Outdoor sports and nature are my passions and joining a Search and Rescue team is something I've thought about doing since my college years.  Upon moving to Spokane I decided it was time to take action.  I've made some great friends in SMSAR and am learning incredible outdoor survival and rescue skills.

Spokane Water Rescue Team - my activities with this group are very similar to those with SMSAR above with the exception of the focus on water based rescues or recoveries.

Lake Spokane Chamber of Commerce (http://www.lakespokane.com/) - this is an association of business people organized to improve the Lake Spokane community and specifically to promote the interests of the business community.

Tri-County Economic Development District Loan Committee (http://www.teddonline.com/) - TEDD provides business assistance and supports economic development efforts in Ferry, Stevens and Pend Oreille County while also providing assistance in business financing throughout a 10 county area of Eastern Washington through the Rural Opportunities Loan Fund.
